Yes! Our boxes are cardboard and easily recyclable curbside. Want to recycle the plastic sleeves too? You can do that through Ridwell Express, and EllyPop customers get free shipping on their Ridwell Express kits!

At events and demos, we use compostable cups and spoons instead of single-use plastic, and we choose reusable materials for our event setups whenever we can. Most of our Portland-area store deliveries are made by bike or electric vehicle through B-Line. It's a work in progress, but it's something we're intentional about as we grow. 

Elly is our resident elephant and EllyPop's unofficial mascot! You'll spot her on our packaging, our socials, and pretty much anywhere EllyPop shows up. She's the friendly face behind The Herd, our community of EllyPop lovers.

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of your order. To qualify, items must be unopened and unmarked, and return shipping is on you. Purchases made through internet resellers aren't eligible for return.
