Payment Information
- Once this form is submitted, you will receive an invoice from EllyPop via QuickBooks.
- Payment for order is due at time of invoice receipt and can be made via check, credit/debit card, ACH, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Shipping
- Shipping costs will be calculated after the order is placed and added to your invoice.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
- Orders totalling $150 or more are eligible for free economy shipping.
- Estimated order processing time is 3-5 business days.
- Freezer Pops are shipped shelf-stable.

Storage & Consumption
- Freezer Pops can be stored and sold at room temperature.
- Shake and freeze Freezer Pops before enjoying.
- Freezer Pops will arrive no less than 90 days before the Best By date printed on the packaging.

Returns, Exchanges & Damages
- Damages to any products must be reported via email to hello@ellypop.com within 14 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.
- We’re happy to accept returns for unopened products ordered within the previous 30 days. To be eligible for return, products must be unopened and unmarked. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for any returns.
- Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order within 5-7 business days of receiving your return, depending on your financial institution.
- Please note that purchases made by internet resellers are not eligible for return

Restrictions & Usage
- Freezer pops cannot be sold individually, must be maintained and sold in a carton of 6.
- EllyPop goods cannot be re-sold for less than 20% below the SRP.
- EllyPop goods cannot be sold by other businesses on Amazon or other online retailers.
- EllyPop team must be notified of branding usage interest and requires approval, including but not limited to the EllyPop logo suite, name and images of product.
